Bonus amount can be increased based on vacancy complexity, urgency, priority. To get a referral bonus you need to follow next steps: Check which vacancies are available presently in order to have an understanding whether your friend has relevant skills to fulfill the requirements.

Send the resume and provide brief recommendation on the candidate by e-mail at job@Open Softwarelimited.com. Referrals which do not contain the resume and recommendation will not qualify for the bonus.

Referral Bonus is paid if the recommended person is employed, but not earlier than 3 months after start date of a newcomer. Per each intern for training center, referral bonus is paid only in case of successful completion of the training, but not later than 3 month after training starts.

In case if two persons recommended one candidate, referral bonus will be paid to one of them, who actually referred the person and provided his resume first. One of the best ways to bring talent to any organization is from referrals.

	Important! People who don\"t qualify for the program include: the hiring manager, recruiters assigned to fill the positions nor their managers, the employee hired for the position.
