One of the most meaningful aspects in the work of VARS is constituted from the fact that by means of this system, a customer who needs visa in order to enter the Schengen space will have the possibility to reserve independently, directly and automatically an appointment with the diplomatic mission (of the Country of destination) present in the country of origin of the petitioner.

Thanks to this system the customer will be able to get an efficient, transparent and practical service for the reservation of the visa interview, without time looses and the hours spent in front of the embassy in order to obtain an appointment.

 

The system is susceptible in 2 different ways of uses (Standard and Wizard) that always make the same DataBase.

 

In detail:

One addresses to an expert customer who carries out the frequency of the system use and always allows to keep on own data for the successful request, the history of own movements and of course all the documents in pdf format useful for the visa approval.

This addresses to a sporadic customer whose data won’t maintain the trace. Therefore, without having the registration, each time the customer will approach the service, he will have to insert own data. The main point has the advantage of the use facility, because through 4 steps it concurs to obtain an appointment and all documents for the visa request in pdf format directly to own email.

 

Besides the first two, it has been generated the third approach (Free) answering all the Schengen rules, that impose the spread of the visa request in totally free form.
